Внезапная сердечная смерть молодых спортсменов: перспективы генетического скрининга

Аннотация


Самые частые причины смерти молодых (в возрасте до 35 лет) спортсменов – не диагностированные вовремя наследственные заболевания сердца. Физическая нагрузка провоцирует фатальную желудочковую аритмию часто на ранней стадии заболевания, когда диагноз возможен только на основании генетического анализа.Таким образом, целью данного обзора явилась оценка перспектив использования генетического анализа в диагностике наследственных заболеваний сердца на доклинической и ранней клинической стадиях с целью снижения риска внезапной сердечной смерти у молодых спортсменов.
